Easy World Automation (eWorld) is based in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The company is expanding its Sales team and is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist National to contribute to its growth.
The Role: Inside Sales Specialist National
The Inside Sales Specialist National is a full-time position within the Sales team. This role is primarily responsible for managing sales leads generated through inbound email and telephone inquiries from customers. It involves a structured approach to customer interactions and meticulous record-keeping of sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively manage leads and new sales opportunities, including maintaining the database for periodic reporting.
- Follow up on sales inquiries made by potential customers through website chats, emails, and inbound calls.
- Maintain long-lasting relationships with existing customers through effective response and follow-up.
- Update the CRM system regularly to record inbound opportunities pipeline with requested customer deadlines.
Sales Operations and Coordination
- Interact regularly with the Sales Manager for assigning opportunities to Customer Service Executives (CSEs) based on inquiry.
- Serve as the first point of contact to guide customers on basic product selection based on their needs, then hand over to the assigned CSE for further action.
- Process customers' purchase orders and liaise with the logistics department to ensure the timely delivery of ordered products.
- Assist in creating standard formats and templates for consistent and high-quality customer responses in a short timeframe.
- Assist in maintaining customer reference lists and success stories as per guidance from the Sales Manager.
- Set up face-to-face meetings between potential customers and Outside Sales Representatives.
Candidate Profile
Candidates for this position should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience in a sales or customer service environment. The role requires individuals who can develop a basic understanding of product features and benefits, demonstrate strong organizational skills for lead and database management, and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
