About the Telesales Representative Role

House of Measurement is seeking a Telesales Representative to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves identifying and engaging potential customers to generate qualified sales opportunities and schedule meetings for the sales team. This role is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience in a sales-related field.

Core Responsibilities

The Telesales Representative will be responsible for a range of outbound sales activities designed to build the sales pipeline. Key duties include:

• Conducting research on target industries and identifying key decision-makers using professional tools.
• Executing high-volume outbound campaigns through phone calls, personalized emails, and social media outreach to generate interest.
• Delivering value propositions and conducting initial discovery calls to assess prospect needs and fit.
• Scheduling qualified discovery meetings and product demonstrations for the Account Executive team.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all prospect interactions and account information within the CRM system.

Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or business development.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
