The Role: Marketing Specialist

Al Etihad Cooperative Insurance Co. is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to creating and effectively distributing marketing content, aiming to build a strong brand presence. The specialist will contribute to innovative promotional offerings, manage online and offline marketing campaigns, and coordinate marketing events. Collaboration with the sales team is essential to ensure marketing efforts directly support sales objectives, with analytical skills used to monitor and report on campaign success.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, design, and publish engaging visual and written content for social media platforms, websites, marketing campaigns, internal communications, and promotional materials.
• Design marketing materials such as social media posts, banners, brochures, presentations, advertisements, invitations, and event collateral, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand identity.
• Develop creative concepts, campaign visuals, captions, and content calendars that support marketing and communication objectives.
• Capture and edit photos and videos, producing short-form content for digital and social media platforms.
• Support the development and execution of marketing strategies aligned with departmental objectives and the company’s overall vision.
• Plan and implement advertising and promotional campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels.
• Ensure all published content is accurate, visually appealing, brand-consistent, and suitable for the intended audience.
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand their content requirements and deliver appropriate creative materials.
• Liaise with external agencies, printers, photographers, and vendors to support content production and marketing activities.
• Support Corporate Communications, Public Relations, events, and Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.
• Monitor content performance, audience engagement, and campaign results, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated on content trends, social media developments, and creative design practices.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the direct supervisor within the scope of the role.

Technical Skills and Tools

The role requires proficiency in graphic design and video-editing tools. Candidates should be skilled in using software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva to produce high-quality marketing content.

Qualifications and Experience
