Position Summary:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Mathematics Teacher for the Senior School, who will be a key member of the team and will be responsible for delivering Maths to KS345.

Position Duties:

• Demonstrate a commitment to child protection and the safety of children.
• Plan and deliver lessons aligned with a well-defined curriculum.
• Exhibit creativity in lesson delivery.
• Provide a hands-on, student-centered learning environment.
• Ensure a safe learning environment at all times.
• Monitor and record student progress.
• Address individual student needs and abilities.
• Fluently communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Guide students as a form tutor, promoting their wellbeing and academic care.
• Fulfill additional duties assigned by the Principal and Assistant Principal.

Qualifications and Knowledge:

• A minimum of a University degree in Mathematics (Master’s preferred).
• Current teacher certification from a recognized institution.
• Police clearance for suitability to work with children in a school environment.

Experience and Skills:

• Preferred experience teaching KS3, IGCSE and A level/IB mathematics within an accredited school system.
• Familiarity with G Suite/Microsoft Office.
• A proven track record of professional development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills for interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to supervise students beyond the classroom.
• Capacity to work both independently and in teams.
• Ability to lead after-school activities.

• Manage contractor/visitor passes under close supervision.
• Accurately enter data into information systems regarding incidents and authorization permits.
• Participate in emergency drills and respond to alarm alerts and calls for help.
