About the Role
Join Dr. Sulaiman AlHabib Medical Centers as a Medical Secretary, where you will be part of a dedicated team delivering high-quality healthcare services. This role involves supporting the Medical Head, Medical Administrator, or Medical Director in various administrative tasks. Your knowledge of medical terminology and procedures will be essential in a hospital or clinic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide secretarial and clerical assistance to the department head, ensuring tasks are completed promptly and accurately.
  • Type memos, monthly reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
  • Maintain departmental diary and generate periodic reports of activities.
  • Create presentations for educational functions and assist in organizing department activities.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Handle telephone communications and organize office work efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with healthcare standards set by accreditation bodies.
  • Engage in person-centered care initiatives, enriching patient experience with respect and dignity.

Requirements:
  • Education: Diploma or equivalent qualification in a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Secretary/Assistant, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • Certification: Relevant certificate preferred.

  • Minimum 10 years of finance experience in an international environment.

Skills & Competencies:
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP/BFC is advantageous.

Languages: Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus.
