Operations Manager

About the Role

Silah Tamkeen is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee auction operations in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves managing the entire auction process for industrial equipment and assets, ensuring efficient workflow and coordination with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in operations management, with a preference for experience in auction organization within the industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all auction operations, ensuring efficient workflow and execution.
• Organize and manage auctions specifically for industrial equipment and assets.
• Oversee the evaluation of assets and the overall organization of auctions.
• Coordinate effectively with factories, industrial equipment dealers, and potential buyers.
• Manage daily operational activities and develop procedures to enhance work efficiency.
• Lead operational teams, ensuring effective planning and execution of tasks.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management and auction organization.
• Preferably, experience in industrial equipment and asset auctions.
• Experience in operations management, with a preference for the industrial sector.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of factory operations, machinery, and production lines.
• Strong negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Competence in data entry, report writing, and presentation.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, Eastern Region, focusing on managing and optimizing auction processes within the industrial sector. The role involves leading operational teams and coordinating with various external partners.
