Apt Resources is seeking a competent Project Coordinator to join our client’s team in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. In this dynamic role, you will lead the Project Sales Division within the Sales Department, focusing primarily on new hotel projects. Your main responsibilities will include:
  • New Hotel Projects: Identify and pursue new hotel projects while collaborating closely with clients and stakeholders.
  • Quotations & Follow-Up: Prepare and submit accurate quotations, ensuring timely follow-up and customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Lead the Project Sales team, driving performance and results.
  • Reporting: Regularly report progress, challenges, and opportunities to the Director of Sales.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as Operations, Logistics, and Finance to provide a seamless client experience.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:
Candidates should have a strong background in project coordination or sales within the hospitality sector, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Familiarity with procurement processes and customer relationship management is essential.

Benefits:
- Salary: 9000 SAR per month
- Housing Allowance: 25000 SAR annually (paid yearly)
