The Real Estate Sales Agent Role

Sumou Investment is seeking a Real Estate Sales Agent to manage the complete sales cycle for its residential and commercial projects. This full-time position is based in Al Khobar, Eastern Region, and involves guiding clients from initial lead qualification through to successful deal closure. The role requires conducting property tours, presenting investment opportunities, negotiating terms, and fostering long-term relationships with both private and institutional buyers to drive sales and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

• Present SGI projects and investment opportunities to clients via phone and on-site visits.
• Conduct property tours to assist clients in identifying suitable properties for their specific needs.
• Guide buyers through payment plans, financing options, and contract signing processes.
• Manage a pipeline of qualified leads within the CRM system, ensuring records and deal stages are current.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with private and institutional buyers to build trust and encourage repeat business.
• Negotiate terms and close deals in accordance with SGI pricing and policies, safeguarding company interests.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, reporting progress to the Sales Manager.

Required Experience
