Role Overview: Sales Agent

York Towers is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Agent to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this full-time role, the agent will guide local and international clients through profitable real estate investment opportunities, primarily focusing on the Georgian market. This involves providing strategic advisory services supported by market intelligence and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification and investment needs assessment to property presentation, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to deal closures, sales volume, and client acquisition.
• Prepare financially grounded investment proposals, clearly articulating Return on Investment (ROI), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Present Value (NPV), and capital appreciation projections.
• Address complex investor objections concerning market risk, financial returns, and compliance.
• Maintain current expertise on York Towers' project portfolio, the competitive landscape, and Georgian real estate market trends.
• Ensure rigorous CRM data entry and accurate documentation of all client interactions and sales activities.
• Adhere to cross-border transaction protocols and all applicable legal and compliance standards.
• Actively participate in ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback sessions.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a direct sales or client advisory role, preferably within real estate or financial services.
• Demonstrable ability to understand and effectively communicate core investment metrics such as ROI, NPV, and IRR to a client audience.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with persuasive and professional presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
