Join Bureau Veritas as a Sales Engineer

Role Purpose
Your primary role will be to support business growth by acting as the critical link between clients and our operational and technical delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical input to sales proposals for certification, inspection, testing, and advisory services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Identify and develop service expansion opportunities among new clients.
  • Track leads and gather pre-tendering information.
  • Translate client processes into compliant Bureau Veritas service solutions.
  • Prepare technical proposals, scopes of work, cost estimates, and tender responses.
  • Participate in client meetings, offering technical clarifications and presentations.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure offer feasibility and accuracy.
  • Support post-award contract reviews and technical clarifications.
  • Contribute to market intelligence and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with BV procedures and ethical standards.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Energy, or related fields).
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, certification, inspection, testing, or engineering services.
  • Experience with Oil & Gas tenders is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Non-Destructive Testing is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and regulatory frameworks is beneficial.

  • Excellent customer relationship management skills.
  • Effective communication skills with clients and internal teams.
