As a Sale Representative at Wesco, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and increasing customer satisfaction through effective communication and proactive selling techniques. You will interact with existing customers, manage orders, and collaborate with outside sales to meet and exceed goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Obtain orders via email and phone, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
Suggest related items to enhance customer orders and satisfaction.
Develop leads from marketing and follow up on sales opportunities.
Prepare and follow up on quotations to secure orders.
Manage customer order reports to ensure timely delivery.
Communicate industry trends and customer feedback to management.

Qualifications:

High School Degree or Equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2-4 years of experience in sales and sales administration.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.
