About ABM and the Role

ABM is seeking a Sales Specialist to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is centered on establishing and nurturing client relationships to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.

Role Overview

The Sales Specialist is responsible for both establishing new customer relationships and maintaining existing ones. This involves actively managing and interpreting customer requirements, then effectively demonstrating how ABM's products or services provide the optimal solution to meet their needs. The role requires a proactive approach to client engagement and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct presentations, product trials, and Proof of Concept (POC) management.
• Develop technical and commercial proposals, presenting offers tailored to customer scope and requirements.
• Achieve provided financial targets on a periodic basis.
• Function as a liaison to end-users, customers, the project management team, and technical support regarding solution and implementation specifics.
• Provide detailed specifications and Statements of Work (SOW) for customer requests and new requirements.
• Develop solution architecture and detailed line-item configurations/Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Respond to pre-sales and post-sales customer queries concerning product/solution presentation, demonstration, solution design, and specifications.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a foundational understanding of sales principles and client relationship management.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The role involves direct interaction with clients and internal teams to facilitate sales and support processes.
