About the Role

ABM is seeking a dedicated Sales Specialist to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to our client engagement strategy, focusing on establishing new relationships and nurturing existing ones. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding customer needs, interpreting their requirements, and effectively demonstrating how our products and services can best address their challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct presentations, product trials, and manage Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Develop comprehensive technical and commercial proposals, presenting offers aligned with customer scope and requirements.
• Achieve specified financial targets on a periodic basis.
• Serve as a liaison to end-users, customers, the project management team, and technical support regarding solution and implementation specifics.
• Provide detailed specifications and Statements of Work (SOW) for customer requests and new requirements.
• Develop solution architecture and detailed line-item configurations/Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Respond to pre-sales and post-sales customer queries related to product/solution presentation, demonstration, design, and specifications.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a sales role.
• Experience in software sales within mid or large enterprises.
• Demonstrated experience in selling Software Solutions to enterprises, preferably with SaaS model products/solutions.

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a professional environment focused on achieving sales objectives and fostering strong client relationships.
