The Role of Senior Secretary

Worley is seeking a Senior Secretary for a full-time position in Al Khobar, Eastern Province. This role provides essential administrative and clerical support to a designated group or team, ensuring efficient daily operations and effective communication within the company and with external clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the relevant group or team.
  • Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Program and file documentation, and set up and maintain group filing systems.
  • Monitor and purchase stationery and other office supplies as required.
  • Assist with various administrative activities, including preparing expense reports and processing purchase orders/invoices.
  • Arrange meetings, which includes organizing equipment, ordering food and beverages, and clearing meeting rooms.
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Support the administration teams of other groups when necessary.
  • Assist with the creation and preparation of correspondence, documents, presentations, and publications for internal and external clients.
  • Provide customer service, ensuring information provided to clients is accurate, timely, and compliant with policy and procedure.
