Sr. Manager Quality Assurance

About the Role

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager Quality Assurance for a full-time position based in Al Khobar, Eastern region. This role involves providing specialized technical expertise to support the Quality program, focusing on inspection, testing, training, and problem-solving within quality frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of quality systems and tools to validate and verify contractually required standards for project execution.
• Implement principles of performance evaluation and prediction methods to improve product systems safety, reliability, and maintainability.
• Maintain the quality standard of products, procedures, and materials within the work scope.
• Align the quality management function with the performance needs of product lines.
• Account for the performance and results of multiple related disciplines or sub-groups within the function, under broad direction.
• Manage the delivery of functional objectives by providing leadership and direction to managers or professional staff.
• Participate in the development of functional strategy and may be responsible for global processes and procedures.

Quality Program Support

The Sr. Manager Quality Assurance will provide specialized technical expertise for the Quality program. This includes developing and applying specialized inspection and testing techniques, conducting quality training, utilizing statistical methods, performing audits, and employing quality tools for problem-solving and assessment. The role also involves creating inspection reports to ensure compliance with requirements and making recommendations for corrective action.

Qualifications and Experience

• An undergraduate degree is required.
• A minimum of 12 years of experience in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of management experience is essential.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position located in Al Khobar, within the Eastern region. The role operates within a structured environment where adherence to quality standards and continuous improvement are paramount.
