Role Overview:
This full-time, on-site Sales Assistant role based in Jubail, Saudi Arabia, involves supporting the sales team through client coordination, document preparation, and internal follow-ups. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth customer experience and may require occasional travel to client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a point of contact for client communication and coordination
• Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, proposals, and documentation
• Organize and maintain sales files, trackers, and CRM records
• Coordinate client meetings, site visits, and internal sales activities
• Collaborate with internal departments to support service delivery
• Assist with local travel planning and logistics for client-related visits

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 02 years of experience in sales support, administration, or client-facing roles
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Willingness to travel locally when needed
• Experience in industrial or B2B environments is a plus

We are seeking a driven Medical Representative to ethically and scientifically promote our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals including physicians, pharmacists, and healthcare institutions. This role is pivotal in driving prescription demand and building strong relationships within your territory.

1. Job Objective:
The primary objective is to effectively promote the company's pharmaceutical products, achieving sales objectives while supporting the overall brand strategy.

2. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct planned, evidence-based visits to healthcare providers.
• Meet monthly and annual sales objectives and activity KPIs.
• Develop a territory action plan for maximum market penetration.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare providers.
• Provide accurate scientific information and clinical data during visits.
• Gather and report market intelligence on competitor activities.
• Maintain reporting of daily visits using CRM tools.
• Ensure compliance with SFDA/MOH regulations and ethical guidelines.

3. Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field, with 03 years of experience in pharmaceutical promotion (fresh graduates are welcome). Knowledge of the Saudi healthcare system is an advantage, along with strong communication skills in Arabic and English, and a valid Saudi driving license.
