About the Role:
As an Urban Planner, you will execute defined planning tasks independently, contributing to site analyses and planning strategies. This role involves working across various data sources and software to deliver high-quality outputs that meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting site analysis, policy research, and case study benchmarking for planning reports.
  • Developing structured content for deliverables such as land use frameworks and urban design strategies.
  • Preparing plans, diagrams, and charts using CAD, GIS, and Adobe tools with minimal supervision.
  • Tailoring outputs to align with client tone and project objectives.
  • Attending internal and client coordination meetings and presenting content as needed.
  • Maintaining awareness of project timelines and communicating task risks or delays.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should have:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in urban planning or relevant consultancy roles.
  • Proficiency in GIS, CAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
