Join Napco National as a Customer Service Senior Officer!
Napco National is a leading Saudi company with a rich history since 1956 in the manufacturing and marketing of packaging solutions. We are looking for a dedicated individual to coordinate our customer service operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily with other senior officers to optimize daily shipments of goods.
  • Receive, review, and approve all credit notes while specifying reasons for returns.
  • Review and manage customer invoices to ensure they are archived correctly.
  • Foster team development through targeted career plans, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate with the logistics department to order vehicles for deliveries and arrange necessary documentation.
  • Release backorders and communicate shortages to the Customer Service Department Manager.
