  • Coordinate daily with senior officers to optimize goods shipments.
  • Receive, review, and approve credit notes, ensuring accurate reasons for returns.
  • Handle invoices signed by customers and maintain proper documentation in archives.
  • Support team growth through tailored career development plans and training sessions.
  • Work with the CLD to arrange vehicle deliveries and prepare related documents.
  • Manage backorders and communicate shortages to the CSD Manager.
