The Al-Muhayed Company is looking for experienced Technical Support Specialists to work within a team dedicated to providing high-quality technical services. You will be responsible for setting specifications for new devices, receiving new devices, and ensuring they meet specifications.

Main Responsibilities:

Documenting devices and their accessories in the organization.
Recording problems that arise with devices on a daily basis.
Performing necessary routine and preventive maintenance on devices.
Answering user questions related to device issues and providing solutions when possible.
Ensuring system statuses and containing the required programs.
Preparing technical reports and developing work methods using modern technologies.

Requirements:

A qualification in the field of at least a bachelor's degree or diploma.

Required Skills:

Machine maintenance
Installation and maintenance of computers
System testing
Customer assistance
Finding solutions to problems
