Main Responsibilities:- Documenting devices and their accessories in the organization.
- Recording problems that arise with devices on a daily basis.
- Performing necessary routine and preventive maintenance on devices.
- Answering user questions related to device issues and providing solutions when possible.
- Ensuring system statuses and containing the required programs.
- Preparing technical reports and developing work methods using modern technologies.
Requirements:- A qualification in the field of at least a bachelor's degree or diploma.
