Join Hyatt Place Al Ula as a Food & Beverage Manager
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead the opening of Hyatt Place Al Ula. The hotel represents a significant milestone in Hyatt’s expansion across the region, featuring 214 guestrooms, multiple food and beverage outlets, meeting spaces, a swimming pool, and a fitness center catering to both leisure and business travelers.

Your Role
This integral role will ensure the efficient and effective operations of the Food & Beverage Department in alignment with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards while consistently meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners. As a combined Business Manager and Marketing Specialist, you will drive performance, guest satisfaction, and profitability across all outlets and banquet operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all Food & Beverage operations, ensuring brand standards and service excellence.
• Act as Business Manager for the department, driving revenue, profitability, and market positioning.
• Function as a Marketing Specialist, supporting promotions, partnerships, and outlet visibility.
• Ensure each outlet operates efficiently and is individually profitable.
• Drive sustainability initiatives, focusing on responsible sourcing, waste reduction, and energy efficiency.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and productivity management.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
• Develop, coach, and inspire F&B teams to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications:

• University degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Assistant Director of Food & Beverage or Senior Restaurant Manager in a larger operation.
• Strong operational, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven commercial acumen and ability to drive outlet profitability.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
