We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead the opening of Hyatt Place Al Ula. The hotel represents a significant milestone in Hyatt’s expansion across the region, featuring 214 guestrooms, multiple food and beverage outlets, meeting spaces, a swimming pool, and a fitness center catering to both leisure and business travelers.

Your Role
This integral role will ensure the efficient and effective operations of the Food & Beverage Department in alignment with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards while consistently meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners. As a combined Business Manager and Marketing Specialist, you will drive performance, guest satisfaction, and profitability across all outlets and banquet operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all Food & Beverage operations, ensuring brand standards and service excellence.
Act as Business Manager for the department, driving revenue, profitability, and market positioning.
Function as a Marketing Specialist, supporting promotions, partnerships, and outlet visibility.
Ensure each outlet operates efficiently and is individually profitable.
Drive sustainability initiatives, focusing on responsible sourcing, waste reduction, and energy efficiency.
Oversee budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and productivity management.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
Develop, coach, and inspire F&B teams to deliver memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications:

University degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Assistant Director of Food & Beverage or Senior Restaurant Manager in a larger operation.
Strong operational, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
Proven commercial acumen and ability to drive outlet profitability.
Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
