Join Hyatt Place Al Ula as a Pastry Chef!
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Pastry Chef to support the opening of Hyatt Place Al Ula, a significant milestone in Hyatt’s expansion with 215 guestrooms and various amenities.

Your Role:
As a Pastry Chef, you’ll take the lead in pastry operations, ensuring the highest quality, creativity, and presentation across all offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily pastry and bakery operations
  • Create desserts, pastries, breads, and baked goods
  • Develop seasonal pastry menus
  • Maintain consistency in taste and presentation
  • Monitor hygiene and safety procedures
  • Manage inventory and cost control
  • Train and mentor the pastry team
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
  • Support pre-opening kitchen setup

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in hotels or high-end restaurants
- Strong expertise in pastry production and dessert presentation
- Creativity and passion for modern pastry techniques
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong communication skills in English
- Pre-opening experience is a plus.
