We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the opening of Hyatt Place Al Ula, a significant milestone in our expansion within the region, featuring 214 guestrooms and various amenities for both leisure and business travelers.

Your Role:
Your primary responsibility will be to craft and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives. You will oversee:

• Recruitment & Staffing: Lead the recruitment process for all hotel positions, develop job descriptions, conduct interviews, and manage onboarding.
• Training & Development: Create training programs to equip staff with skills for exceptional guest experiences.
• Employee Relations: Create a positive work environment by addressing concerns and managing communication across the organization.
• Performance Management: Guide managers on performance evaluations and development plans.
• Policy Development: Establish HR policies compliant with regulations.
• Culture Building: Foster an engaging organizational culture that reflects Hyatt's values.

Qualifications:
We require a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with at least 5 years of HR experience within the hospitality sector, preferably in a pre-opening context. Applicants should possess strong knowledge of local employment laws, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop effective training programs.

Your Role
As the HR Manager, you will play a critical role in the pre-opening phase of the Hyatt Place AlUla and be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals. Your responsibilities will include:

• Recruitment & Staffing: Lead the recruitment process to identify and hire qualified candidates for all hotel positions. Develop job descriptions, conduct interviews, and coordinate onboarding processes.
• Training & Development: Design and implement training programs to ensure all staff members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
• Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, managing conflicts, and promoting effective communication.
• Performance Management: Provide guidance to managers on performance evaluations and development plans.
• Policy Development: Create and implement HR policies that comply with legal regulations.
• Culture Building: Promote a strong organizational culture reflecting Hyatt’s values, enhancing employee engagement and retention.

Qualifications
To qualify for this position, you should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a pre-opening environment.
• Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to develop effective training programs and foster employee engagement.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
