We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the opening of Hyatt Place Al Ula, a significant milestone in our expansion within the region, featuring 214 guestrooms and various amenities for both leisure and business travelers.

Your primary responsibility will be to craft and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives. You will oversee:
Qualifications:
We require a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with at least 5 years of HR experience within the hospitality sector, preferably in a pre-opening context. Applicants should possess strong knowledge of local employment laws, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop effective training programs.

- Recruitment & Staffing: Lead the recruitment process for all hotel positions, develop job descriptions, conduct interviews, and manage onboarding.
- Training & Development: Create training programs to equip staff with skills for exceptional guest experiences.
- Employee Relations: Create a positive work environment by addressing concerns and managing communication across the organization.
- Performance Management: Guide managers on performance evaluations and development plans.
- Policy Development: Establish HR policies compliant with regulations.
- Culture Building: Foster an engaging organizational culture that reflects Hyatt's values.
