Banyan Tree AlUla, a luxurious retreat in the breathtaking Ashar Valley, is on the lookout for a Sales Manager who can drive our sales to new heights. Known for our exceptional customer service and elegant tented villas, we offer our guests a unique experience in one of the world's most beautiful destinations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets for rooms, villas, groups, and events.
  • Source and contract new business from leisure, MICE, corporate, and high-end travel segments.
  • Prepare and negotiate rate agreements, packages, and group proposals in line with pricing strategy.
  • Promote and upsell resort services including food & beverage, spa, and activities.
  • Manage relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate accounts.
  • Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, and site inspections.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
  • 3–5 years of experience in hotel/resort sales, preferably in luxury settings.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience managing key accounts and developing new business.

Additional Information:
  • Work Location: Al ‘Ulá, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia.
  • Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Occasional travel for sales trips and client visits may be required.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to develop effective training programs.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
