Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and forward all goods and deliveries to the correct points of contact/storage areas.
• Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing goods.
• Place orders through the online procurement system.
• Control and manage the central stores, ensuring adherence to procurement standards.
• Support Team Members, Managers, and the Food & Beverage Department in a collaborative environment.
• Conduct regular inventories and stock-taking activities.
• Verify spoilage reports and approve beverage issues.
• Perform yield tests and analyze Food & Beverage revenues and costs.
• Conduct market surveys for food products.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or a vocational hospitality degree with 5-6 years of experience in 4-5 star hotels is preferred.

What You’ll Do

• Shape the marketing direction for several unique brands under our group.
• Create campaigns that spark conversations, build communities, and drive sales.
• Balance digital trends with traditional marketing to keep our brands top of mind.
• Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with designers, sales experts, and product innovators.
• Keep a close eye on consumer insights and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in FMCG, retail, or food & beverage.
• A proven track record of managing multi-brand strategies.
• Strong digital marketing skills and an eye for creative storytelling.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a big plus).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business (Master’s is a bonus).
