What We’re Looking For

• Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a big plus).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business (Master’s is a bonus).

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement interactive tours that highlight the historical, cultural, and social significance of heritage sites.
• Use storytelling techniques to create immersive experiences for visitors.
• Conduct research to stay updated on site developments and provide accurate and current information.
• Encourage visitor engagement through Q&A sessions, discussions, and activities that enhance understanding of the heritage.
• Collaborate with the visitor center team for a seamless visitor experience.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols for all properties.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and create strategies to address potential security threats.
• Oversee management and training of security personnel.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement to comply with security regulations.

• Implement advanced security technologies and surveillance systems.

• Fluency in English; Arabic is desirable.
