Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and forward all goods and deliveries to the correct points of contact/storage areas.
  • Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing goods.
  • Place orders through the online procurement system.
  • Control and manage the central stores, ensuring adherence to procurement standards.
  • Support Team Members, Managers, and the Food & Beverage Department in a collaborative environment.
  • Conduct regular inventories and stock-taking activities.
  • Verify spoilage reports and approve beverage issues.
  • Perform yield tests and analyze Food & Beverage revenues and costs.
  • Conduct market surveys for food products.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or a vocational hospitality degree with 5-6 years of experience in 4-5 star hotels is preferred.
