Job Description:
The role of the receptionist involves welcoming visitors and clients, identifying their needs, and directing them to the appropriate reference. They also receive phone calls, respond to inquiries or forward them to the relevant reference, and keep records of the visitors.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Welcoming visitors and clients and determining their needs.
• Providing visitors with the required information and informing the concerned reference about the clients and guiding them to it.
• Receiving phone calls, responding to inquiries, or forwarding them to the appropriate reference.
• Conducting internal communications to obtain information.
• Scheduling interviews and recording the names of the clients in the relevant records.
• Strict adherence to procedural guides and organizing policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
A diploma in any field. The applicant must have two years of work experience.
