We seek a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Officer to join our team and contribute to the growth of our company.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with various departments to identify their requirements.
• Research and identify new and reliable suppliers, evaluating their capabilities and product quality.
• Build strong and positive relationships with existing and potential suppliers.
• Negotiate the best prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders accurately and according to established procedures.
• Register products and issue required Certificates of Conformity (CoC).
• Monitor the status of orders for timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
• Evaluate supplier performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Address any issues or disputes that may arise with suppliers or orders.
• Prepare periodic reports on procurement activities and cost savings.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the lighting industry.
• Experience with local and international suppliers and knowledge of import/export procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

• Handle administrative tasks related to member registrations and accounts.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills and have a passion for fitness and wellness. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
