About the Business Analyst Role

Halian is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join an innovative team in Dammam. This full-time position focuses on analyzing software applications to support AI-driven test generation and manual learning input, ensuring optimal outcomes in application validation and structured knowledge transfer. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Learning Team and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze target applications to identify key workflows and scenarios for manual learning input and AI-driven test generation.
• Elicit, analyze, and document requirements to ensure comprehensive test coverage, working closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Translate detailed application knowledge into structured inputs for the Learning Team and define asset validation criteria.
• Create structured knowledge templates that enable consistent and efficient learning input.
• Develop robust validation frameworks to support evaluation and acceptance of tested assets.
• Establish business logic complexity assessments to help prioritize AI generation efforts based on strategic value and technical feasibility.
• Apply advanced knowledge-structuring techniques to optimize information for AI consumption.
• Act as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and AI specialists to enable effective AI-human collaboration.
• Communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking stakeholders to ensure accurate requirements elicitation and documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Candidates must be currently based in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama.
• Proven experience in Business Analysis, including requirements elicitation and documentation.
• Strong process modeling skills, particularly BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).
• Expertise in use-case documentation and translating business needs into structured technical requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid understanding of software applications and operational processes.
• Demonstrated ability to design validation frameworks and structured data templates.
• Familiarity with knowledge structuring techniques for AI and human collaboration.
• Experience developing business logic complexity assessments and prioritization frameworks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analysis, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience with AI-driven test generation or machine learning initiatives.
• Prior involvement in learning teams or knowledge management projects.
• Business Analysis certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) is a plus.
