About the Role
Al Ghurair is seeking a Coordinator Parts to join their team in Dammam. This full-time position supports the workshop team by managing parts inventory, vendor relations, and order tracking. The role is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, including fresh graduates.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
The Coordinator Parts will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the workshop by maintaining adequate stock levels and managing the procurement process. This involves a blend of strategic and operational tasks to support the workshop's needs.
- Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels for workshop parts.
- Research and identify suitable vendors for parts procurement.
- Track the status of all parts orders from placement to delivery.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
- Monitor supplier performance and relationships.
- Facilitate local purchases as required.
- Create Purchase Orders (POs) for parts and services.
- Schedule deliveries to ensure they arrive within the agreed timeframes.
- Collect invoices and manage payment processes for suppliers.
- Review and address daily parts requests from the Workshop team.
- Coordinate with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and the Workshop team to fulfill parts requirements.
- Regularly maintain Minimum Order Quantity Levels (MOQL).
- Monitor and guide suppliers to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Ensure timely fulfillment of requests from team members.
- Implement systems and procedures in accordance with Company policy.
- Maintain the Service Level Agreement (SLA) of suppliers.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should possess the necessary qualifications and skills to effectively perform the duties of the Coordinator Parts role. The company is open to candidates with varying levels of experience, including those starting their careers.
- Minimum Education: Diploma
- Preferred Education: Any Degree or Diploma
- Minimum Experience: Fresh Graduates
- Preferred Experience: 2 years and below
Required Skills and Knowledge
To succeed in this role, candidates will need a combination of technical skills and strong interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in both English and Arabic is essential for effective communication.

Work Environment and Location
This is a full-time position based in Dammam, within the Eastern region. The role is integral to the operational efficiency of the workshop team.
