Director of Property and Facilities Management

About the Role

Alsalimi Company is seeking a Director of Property and Facilities Management to oversee the performance and operations of a diverse portfolio. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern Region, and requires a professional with over 10 years of experience in the field.

Role Overview

The Director will be responsible for leading the strategic and operational management of residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties. This involves driving key performance indicators across various functions and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall property portfolio performance and operations.
• Drive occupancy, leasing performance, tenant retention, and tenant mix optimization.
• Lead Property Management, Leasing, Marketing, and Maintenance functions.
• Oversee key tenant negotiations, renewals, and long-term relationships.
• Ensure properties are well maintained, fully operational, safe, and delivering high-quality tenant services.
• Develop and oversee operating and maintenance budgets, costs, and performance.
• Establish KPIs, policies, procedures, and accountability across the functions.
• Coordinate effectively with Finance, Development, Procurement, and other departments.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulatory, safety, and operational requirements.
• Provide performance reports, analysis, and recommendations to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in property and facilities management.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing diversified portfolios including residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.
• Proven ability to drive operational efficiency and service quality.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, within the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a dynamic environment, collaborating with various internal departments to achieve strategic objectives.
