About the Role

Coefficient Alliances & Ventures (Coefftalent) is seeking an experienced Divisional Parts Manager – Machinery Division for a prominent business conglomerate client in Dammam, Eastern region, KSA. This full-time role is critical for driving parts market share growth for represented OEMs while ensuring high parts availability, disciplined inventory management, and sustainable profitability within the Machinery Division.

Role Overview

The Divisional Parts Manager will hold full accountability for the Parts divisional P&L. This position involves defining the strategies for parts growth, availability, procurement, and inventory management models necessary to support service uptime and aftermarket value creation. The role requires a focus on both market expansion and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow parts exploration percentage across the installed customer base.
  • Ensure high parts availability for both external customers and internal Service operations.
  • Balance availability targets with working-capital discipline.
  • Manage the Parts divisional P&L, controlling inventory investment, ageing, and provisioning risk.
  • Lead structured inventory reviews and mitigation initiatives.
  • Own parts procurement logic and ERP configuration standards.
  • Govern purchasing rules and demand-led ordering discipline, providing functional leadership to Inventory Control & Planning.
  • Ensure parts sales support strong billing and accounts receivable compliance.
  • Prevent revenue leakage and margin distortion.
  • Serve as the functional owner for Parts compliance under ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, and manage the closure of Parts-related audit findings.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in parts and supply-chain management, preferably within the machinery sector.

Required Skills and Attributes

  • Strong expertise in parts and supply-chain management.
  • Deep understanding of inventory economics and OEM aftermarket models.
  • Highly disciplined and detail-oriented approach to work.
  • Strong financial and systems literacy.
