ENGINEER QA / QC ELECTRICAL

About the Role

Alfanar is seeking a QA/QC Electrical Engineer to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position is crucial for ensuring quality control and process effectiveness within the organization. The role involves both technical oversight and leadership responsibilities, focusing on maintaining high standards and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Train subordinates and build an effective team to ensure efficient workflow.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to team members across all aspects of their work.
• Delegate assignments effectively among subordinates.
• Ensure equitable distribution of tasks to maintain team morale and motivation.
• Execute planned activities to meet operational and development targets according to delivery schedules.
• Utilize resources efficiently to achieve objectives within specified cost and time parameters.
• Prepare periodic reports detailing deviations and the execution of planned tasks.
• Resolve operational problems and escalate complex issues as necessary.
• Ensure quality requirements are met by developing effective quality control processes, including product and process specifications.
• Coordinate and maintain well-defined written systems, policies, and procedures, seeking automation opportunities where possible.
• Comply with all relevant policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within the defined work area to guarantee legislative compliance and the delivery of high-quality products/services.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in QA/QC Electrical engineering. A strong understanding of quality control processes, team leadership, and operational efficiency is essential.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, within the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. The role requires active participation in team development and adherence to established operational frameworks.
