About the Executive Assistant Role

Tilawah Sound is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the General Manager and the company's executive management. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern Region, and requires 5-10 years of experience. The salary for this role is not disclosed.

Core Responsibilities

The Executive Assistant will manage the executive's daily schedule efficiently, coordinate all incoming and outgoing correspondence, and handle meeting arrangements and appointments. This includes preparing agendas, booking rooms, and ensuring the smooth daily operations of the executive office by preparing necessary materials.

Support for Management and Operations

This role involves supporting the development of resources by assisting in the creation and organization of reference and presentation materials for management. The Executive Assistant will act as a communication point between executive management and strategic partners, including academic institutions, technology, media, and governmental entities. Responsibilities also include preparing meeting schedules and materials, following up on action items, and supporting logistics for primary company activities such as invitations and organizing specialized meetings.

Initiative and Requirement Follow-Up

The Executive Assistant will assist executive management in following up on current year initiatives, such as the issuance of printed materials, content production, and the development of an electronic portal. Additionally, the role requires completing all executive-related requirements with relevant governmental and quasi-governmental entities, including administrative and logistical tasks, which may involve issuing work orders or visiting departments within the city of residence.

Qualifications and Competencies

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively, particularly during the company's initial establishment phase.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Arabic and preferably English due to the company's global orientation.
  • Professionalism and the ability to handle sensitive situations with tact when interacting with senior individuals and company partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office for preparing presentations and reports, with the capacity to adapt to new electronic systems.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position located in Dammam, Eastern Region. The role requires a high degree of punctuality and adherence to priorities within a dynamic work setting.
