About the Role

Hilton is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee all culinary operations for its hotel in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role focuses on ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and profitability while delivering memorable dining experiences for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct culinary operations, including the preparation and production of hotel meals, maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and cost controls.
• Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Director to develop new menus and individual menu items based on current food trends and regional tastes.
• Engage with guests and clients to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and implement improvements to the dining experience.
• Oversee budget management, forecasting, and reporting to ensure financial targets are met and culinary operations align with hotel goals.
• Optimize and streamline kitchen systems, processes, and workflows for efficient operations.
• Cultivate a high-performing team through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, promoting a culture committed to guest and team member wellbeing.
