Field Specialist

About the Role

Cactus International is seeking a Field Specialist to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and involves performing essential services and maintenance activities directly at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all required services and maintenance activities at customer sites and properties.
• Execute on-site installation of Conventional and Unconventional Wellhead Systems, including offshore MLS Systems.
• Provide technical instruction and assistance to customers concerning installation, operation, calibration, repair, and maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable product line warranties and ensure effective warranty administration.
• Conduct troubleshooting and routine maintenance checkouts for a diverse range of equipment vintages.
• Prepare timely and accurate technical reports for customer records and as a reference for future outages.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

This role primarily operates within a professional office environment, utilizing standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. The position requires the ability to sit for extended periods, work on a computer, and use hands for various tasks. Employees will also periodically walk or stand throughout the day and may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Maintaining sustained concentration on computer screens and working under deadlines with frequent interruptions are also part of the role. The noise level is typically moderate.
