Field Service Technician

About the Role

ROSEN is seeking a Field Service Technician to join their team in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves preparing, executing, and supervising field service activities, serving as the primary on-site contact for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Logistics for timely on-site preparation and shipping of inspection tools and equipment to workshops or other sites.
• Plan and coordinate personnel, equipment, and mobilization details, including travel and accommodation.
• Conduct HSE risk assessments on-site.
• Verify tool specifications against operational conditions.
• Inspect and initialize inspection tools before launching.
• Track tool operation in collaboration with operator staff.
• Assess data quality and completeness, and back up data on external media.
• Evaluate tool condition, report any damages, and order necessary spare parts.
• Prepare tools for demobilization.
• Inspect all on-site equipment and report any damages.
• Perform all activities in adherence to the Company's Quality & HSE guidelines and instructions.
• Generate reports on work progress, tool data and conditions, and daily on-site activities.
• Deliver final reports when applicable.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A degree in Engineering (*, Mechanical, or equivalent).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Candidates must currently reside in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience in the Pipeline Inspection Industry is considered an advantage.
