About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee all financial operations for its hotels in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves driving financial strategy and ensuring compliance, contributing to the overall financial health and operational efficiency of the hotel portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive financial strategy across the hotel portfolio, aligning operations with strategic goals to optimize profitability and efficiency.
  • Oversee financial planning and analysis, including the preparation of annual plans, projections, and budgets, providing insights for business decisions.
  • Act as the primary financial advisor to hotel management, General Managers, Owners, and Asset Managers, offering data-driven recommendations.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders such as Hotel Finance, Commercial, IT, Procurement, Human Resources, Operations, Shared Service Centres, and Regional Operations Finance.
  • Ensure adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and hotel policies, safeguarding assets through strong financial controls within regulatory and contractual frameworks.
  • Optimize systems and processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and transparency in financial reporting.
  • Monitor and approve hotel sales, purchases, salaries, and expenses to maintain fiscal responsibility.
  • Cultivate a high-performing team through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in finance management.
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee financial operations and drive strategic financial goals.
  • Proficiency in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial compliance.
