Join our dynamic team as a Financial Accountant at Easy World Automation (eWorld)!
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to ensure effective cash flow monitoring, banking operations, VAT, and Zakat compliance, as well as financial control across KSA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor daily bank positions and manage cash flow efficiently.
  • Prepare and present monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports for review.
  • Facilitate audits by liaising with auditors and addressing queries.
  • Ensure compliance with VAT regulations and timely Zakat filings.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and manage book closures.
  • Manage credit control updates within customer and ERP systems (SAGE).
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Conduct monthly reconciliation of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

Required Skills and Abilities:
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in communication with management and external stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with effective management skills.
  • Strong computer skills with experience in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with a professional accounting qualification (CA, ACCA, CPA, ICMA, etc.).
  • 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with accounting software like SAGE is preferred.
