We are looking for a dedicated Plant Maintenance Technician to ensure the efficient operation of machinery and equipment within our facility in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role is pivotal in performing regular maintenance, troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, and repairing components to minimize downtime and ensure a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on plant equipment to prevent unexpected breakdowns.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Ensure the proper operation of machinery by completing preventive maintenance requirements.
• Adhere to all safety standards and regulations, including LIMS guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
Minimum qualifications include a diploma in Electrical & Electronics with good working knowledge in sheet metal fabrication machinery. We require a minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in a maintenance department, preferably in the sheet metal manufacturing industry, with good exposure to industrial maintenance in the Gulf region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell precast concrete products to various projects.
• Develop strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients.
• Review project requirements and suggest appropriate technical solutions.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, including pricing discussions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet client specifications.
• Manage projects from tender to delivery and payment collection.
• Achieve established sales targets on a monthly and annual basis.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture preferred.

• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
