Job Purpose:
The Inventory Control Specialist will focus on positioning and aligning inventory in accordance with Ma’aden policies and maintain accurate stock levels while analyzing discrepancies. This role requires interaction with various stakeholders to ensure operational excellence.

Key Accountabilities:

• Manage and coordinate all inventory processes, ensuring compliance with established policies and requirements.
• Liaise with customers on inventory concerns, adjustments, and reporting.
• Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies and prepare related reports.
• Oversee annual, recurrent, and ad-hoc stock taking processes, providing timely reports.
• Support standardization processes to manage inventory control operations effectively.
• Analyze inventory for patterns of fast and slow-moving stock for better reporting.
• Ensure optimal warehouse utilization through effective inventory management strategies.
• Define and monitor performance goals in discussion with the Section Head.
• Stay informed on professional developments and continual learning.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Business Management.
• 23 years of management experience in materials management operations or supply chain organizations.
• Experience with inventory management systems and mining industry knowledge is a plus.

About the Role
Cleveland Bridge Steel is seeking an experienced and technically proficient Welding Engineering to lead welding operations across our fabrication projects. This leadership role is essential to ensuring welding quality, compliance, and productivity across all phases of fabrication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, qualification, and approval of welding procedures (WPS/PQR) in accordance with ASME, AWS, API, and client specifications.
• Manage and mentor welding engineers, inspectors, and welding personnel across multiple fabrication streams.
• Oversee welder qualification and certification programs, ensuring compliance with international standards and project requirements.
• Provide expert guidance on welding techniques, metallurgy, and material compatibility for various systems.
• Review fabrication drawings and ensure welding specifications are accurately implemented on the shop floor.
• Monitor welding performance, defect rates, and consumable usage to drive efficiency and reduce rework.
• Collaborate with QA/QC, production, and project teams to resolve welding-related issues and implement corrective actions.
• Interface with clients and third-party inspectors to ensure welding deliverables meet contractual and regulatory standards.
• Support planning and estimation teams with welding scope definition, man-hour calculations, and technical input.
• Promote a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with HSE standards in all welding activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Welding Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Metallurgy.
• Minimum 610 years of experience in welding engineering, with at least 35 years in a managerial role within heavy steel fabrication or EPC environments.
• Strong knowledge of welding codes and standards (ASME, AWS, API).
• Proven experience in pressure vessel, structural steel, and piping fabrication.
• Certification in CSWIP 32, AWS-CWI, or equivalent is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and welding documentation platforms.
