Machine & Floor Cleaning

About the Role

Crown Holdings is seeking a Machine & Floor Cleaning professional to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of machinery and production areas within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in a similar industrial cleaning capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain various cleaning equipment, including floor scrubbers, sweepers, and power washers.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting of floors, walls, and machinery.
• Clean and sanitize production equipment, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Remove debris, waste, and spills from production areas.
• Empty and clean waste receptacles.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with other general labor tasks as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in industrial cleaning or a similar role is preferred.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot cleaning equipment.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean work environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, within a manufacturing environment. The role requires adherence to strict hygiene and safety standards.
