• Validate the availability of all required documents before starting new jobs to minimize downtime and ensure production consistency.
• Operate machinery according to the Work Instruction and IFM to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and seek support as needed.
• Ensure quality of the start-up run in cooperation with the QC inspector to meet specifications.
• Conduct self-inspections and report any quality defects to the QC team and Team Leader.
• Request maintenance support for corrective actions.
• Assign tasks to Helpers to maintain organized operations.
• Fill in daily production reports and relay information to the Team Leader.
