Join Us as a Maintenance Supervisor at the First Vignette Collection in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Carlton Al Moaibed Hotel). We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. This role requires leadership, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to hotel maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, including electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, and general maintenance personnel.
• Plan, implement, and monitor Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules for all hotel systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical.
• Ensure prompt response to guest room maintenance requests and maintain high guest satisfaction.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house spaces, and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, fire and life safety (FLS) systems, and hotel standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, equipment logs, and inventory of tools and supplies.
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs, services, and equipment procurement.
• Monitor energy consumption and support energy-saving initiatives and green engage programs.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 35 years of experience in hotel maintenance, with at least 12 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and FLS systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead a team effectively and work under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with PM systems, BMS/GRMS, and energy management systems is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and emergency call-outs.

About the Role:
The Sales Supervisor II plays a crucial role in delivering the company’s growth objectives by optimizing the sales and distribution of all Almarai Bakery products within the designated area. This involves adhering to company operational policies and procedures to maintain the highest sales and merchandising standards through strong leadership of a team of salesmen.

Key Activities:

• Conducting effective session endorsement with salesmen and reviewing performance daily.
• Performing morning duty to ensure all sales vans go to market on time and provide support to any issues faced by salesmen at the time of leaving the depot.
• Setting and reviewing targets for salesmen regularly to ensure sales and growth objectives are achieved.
• Commencing new routes and reviewing existing coverage to optimize resources.
• Conducting route rides and field assessments for all salesmen in the area.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate must hold a Diploma Certificate, preferably a bachelor’s degree, and have 2+ years of sales experience in a supervisory role within a van sales environment, preferably in FMCG. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential. Competencies required include:
