Join Arabian Chemical Terminals Ltd. (ACT) as a Maintenance Supervisor!
At ACT, we specialize in bulk liquid chemical handling services and have over 25 years of experience in the field. We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate and manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities in our Bulk Liquid Chemical Terminal to meet local regulatory and Best International Industrial Practices (BIIP) requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the E&M Engineer in coordinating maintenance activities.
  • Provide technical quality inspections for FAT and SAT of project deliveries.
  • Support plant operations and troubleshooting on a 247 basis as required.
  • Implement and maintain technical data filing systems in both hard and soft copies.
  • Ensure compliance with the company's document control system as per ISO-9001.
  • Maintain quality records for in-house modification projects.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor or College degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of maintenance experience in mechanical, E/I, and civil works.
  • Experience in bulk liquid storage terminals or process industries.

  • Monitor energy consumption and support energy-saving initiatives and green engage programs.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 35 years of experience in hotel maintenance, with at least 12 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and FLS systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lead a team effectively and work under pressure.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with PM systems, BMS/GRMS, and energy management systems is an advantage.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and emergency call-outs.
