Join Zamil Steel Holding Company Limited as a Production Mechanical Engineer! We are a global leader in the manufacture of pre-engineered steel buildings and structural steel products, with a commitment to excellence in engineering and manufacturing.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee full galvanizing plant operations including production, packing, and shipping.
  • Coordinate with PPC to execute monthly production schedules aligned with shipment plans.
  • Supervise and guide production staff: line leads, coordinators, operators, and checkers.
  • Monitor key process parameters: surface preparation, zinc bath control, and finishing operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental regulations, and ISO standards (9001********01).
  • Drive continuous improvement through 5S, lean practices, and productivity initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with QC, Maintenance, HR, and Safety departments to resolve issues and eliminate bottlenecks.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Certification from the American Galvanizing Association (Hot Dip Galvanizing course).
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in the Industrial Engineering area.
  • Proficiency in MS-Office is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.

Workdays: 5 days a week.

  • Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • A minimum of Six Sigma - Green Belt or proven industrial experience.
