AMAD Hospital is a premier healthcare facility dedicated to transforming the standards of patient-centered care in Saudi Arabia. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Medical Secretary to support our medical department in delivering exceptional services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to developing administrative service standards and ensure they are consistently met.
  • Support the integration and performance of new administrative staff within the medical department.
  • Promote and profile hospital services to patients, referrers, and the public.
  • Perform secretarial duties including drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, and managing the Chief Medical Officer's calendar.
  • Coordinate communications and ensure timely scheduling of priority meetings with Senior Leadership.
  • Prepare agendas and minutes for meetings, and respond to departmental inquiries.
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks as directed by the Chief Medical Officer.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
  • 3 years of experience in a similar role within an acute healthcare setting.

About the Role
