Napco National, a leading company in the manufacturing and marketing of packaging solutions, is looking for a skilled Production Operator to join our team in Dammam. As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our production processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive factory tickets and production schedule from the foreman.
  • Ensure machine and environment safety.
  • Check semi-finished products against specifications.
  • Segregate defective products before machine operation.
  • Distribute work amongst assistants and helpers effectively.
  • Set and operate machinery accurately according to production specifications.
  • Coordinate with quality controllers to meet quality standards.
  • Document all production details and report to the foreman.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Production Operator is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations in a manufacturing setting.
