Job Responsibilities:
  • Validate availability of necessary documentation before starting production.
  • Operate machinery according to established instructions to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot production issues promptly and effectively.
  • Check product quality and collaborate with Team Leaders and Quality Control for any necessary adjustments.
  • Maintain organized workflow and assist in managing helpers.
  • Complete production reports and document all activities accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and relevant safety regulations.
Food Safety Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean production environment.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene policies.
  • Report any food safety incidents.
Safety Responsibilities:
  • Follow all health and safety procedures.
  • Participate in training programs and safety meetings.
  • Use personal protective equipment and familiarize with emergency response plans.

Skills:
