Project Manager

About the Role

PIPECARE Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee in-line inspection projects for its Middle East operations. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern Province, KSA. The Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, execution, monitoring, control, and successful completion of EPC and Oil & Gas service projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with all requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end management of EPC and Oil & Gas service projects, including developing execution plans, schedules, resource plans, and budgets.
• Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring effective mobilization and execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, conducting review meetings, and managing expectations.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, revenues, and profitability, including contract review, invoicing, and cash flow forecasting.
• Identify and develop mitigation strategies for project risks, maintaining risk registers and contingency plans.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, procurement, construction, inspection, commissioning, and operations teams.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure full compliance with client, company, and regulatory HSE requirements.
• Ensure project activities comply with applicable QA/QC standards, ISO standards, and customer requirements.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams, allocate resources effectively, and mentor team members.
• Prepare and present project status reports to management and clients, tracking KPI performance and milestones.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in project management, preferably within the oil and gas or in-line inspection industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Experience in client and stakeholder management, including managing expectations and addressing issues proactively.
• Proficiency in commercial and financial management, including budget monitoring and risk evaluation.
• Strong understanding of HSE and Quality Management principles and their application in project execution.
• Leadership skills to manage multidisciplinary teams and foster a collaborative work environment.

Physical and Mental Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Mobility to walk, climb, and maneuver within industrial environments, including accessing elevated platforms.
• Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing for effective communication.
• Ability to maintain focus and multitask effectively.
• Capable of wearing required safety equipment for personal protection in manufacturing environments.
• Sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes to perform office duties and travel to off-site locations.
